NTS is a shareholder and partner of the general cargo co-operation Cargo Trans Logistik AG (CTL) in order to be able to handle the general cargo volume on time and to the satisfaction of the customers. The network has over 140 partners nationally and a further 35 internationally.
In addition to its in-house expertise, NTS has concluded cooperation agreements with local partners at the Port of Hamburg and Frankfurt Airport for the handling of overseas shipments entrusted to NTS and for air freight shipments.

The company’s own long-distance fleet and access to numerous transport companies on fixed charters ensure that various national and international transport services can be provided professionally and quickly for general cargo, part loads and full loads. The strengths of NTS range from land transport to air freight and sea freight, including container handling, as well as export and import processing.
The constantly increasing demands placed on the NTS company and therefore also on its employees make it necessary to constantly review, develop and improve the individual processes. Above all, the employees who take responsibility for the perfect interaction between people and the technology used ensure that customers can be provided with the highest level of quality.
As a single link in a strong chain, the employees of NTS are involved in a permanent development and improvement process as part of their daily work, with the aim of providing an error-free, high-quality service. We reached a milestone on the way to this goal in 1997 with certification to DIN EN ISO 9002.
The next step, certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, was successfully realised in December 2003. NTS has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 since February 2009.
In 2016, certification in the IFS area was also successfully achieved for the first time.
In order to maintain the quality standard achieved, NTS voluntarily submits to the annual inspection of its processes by DEKRA.
