The constantly increasing demands placed on the NTS company and therefore also on its employees make it necessary to constantly review, develop and improve the individual processes. Above all, the employees who take responsibility for the perfect interaction between people and the technology used ensure that customers can be provided with the highest level of quality.
As individual links in a strong chain, NTS employees are involved in a continuous development and improvement process as part of their daily work, with the aim of providing a flawless, high-quality service. We achieved a milestone on the way to this goal back in 1997 with certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9002.
Since 2016, NTS has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 in accordance with the latest version. In order to maintain the quality standard achieved, NTS voluntarily submits to annual audits of its processes by DEKRA.
In 2016, IFS certification was successfully obtained for the first time and has been recertified every year since then.
Following the commissioning of the hazardous materials logistics center at the site in 63533 Mainhausen, the processes and stored hazardous materials have been regularly monitored by an external hazardous materials officer since October 2022. Accordingly, regular training and audits in the handling of hazardous substances in the area of storage and transportation are carried out.
In order to further improve performance and quality standards, particularly in the area of international transportation and storage of goods, an application was made to become an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO).
Following an inspection and audit of the sites by the main customs office in Darmstadt, National-Transport-Service GmbH was granted AEO approval on 28.03.2024.
In order to raise awareness of customs processing, regular training and further education is also provided by external companies.
In spring 2024, the Hessian State Office for Health and Care was notified of the operation of a pharmaceutical warehouse in accordance with Section 67 AMG. After successfully completing the audit on 10.09.2024 at our site in Mainhausen, we received the positive notification for the storage of medicinal products.
